The annual ArtCenter Design Invitational (formerly the Car Classic) is truly an important event. This is a homecoming of wonderful cars that are the by-products of the school, and the creative, alumni minds. Mere mortals get to honor those that have made our lives worth living.
The 2025 Design Invitational offers car enthusiasts and design lovers a rare opportunity to explore groundbreaking concepts, iconic designs, trendsetters, new models and timeless classics, plus an exhibition of vehicles spanning 8 decades.
ArtCenter College of Design is a hub, focal point, gathering place, and launchpad for those in the creative fields. Arguably, the school is the global birthplace for the majority of car designers. Annually, the college pays homage to those with the ArtCenter Car Classic 2019.
