Hurley Legacy 2 is a staggering assortment of cross-culture, southern california icons ranging from surfing to skating, and hot rods to bikes. Essentially, everything but the kitchen sink! Let's face it, anytime you can get Bob Hurley and Craig Stecyk together you know it's going to be good.
Touring With An Entourage
The Entourage movie and the Cadillac Ciel concept car have something in common, the suspension of disbelief. Riding on the thin, razor’s edge between reality and fiction gives both a sense that anything is possible. If the penduellum swings too far in one direction or the other, the whole thing collapses like a house of cards. Too believable is boring, and too extreme is simply hokey. Can either the movie or the Caddy pull it off?

Every parent says his or her child is special. Coincidentally, every OEM says each of its cars are special. But, as we all know, some are just a bit more special than others. Many a car company touts the virtues of its diverse product line. Oh sure, there’s three trim levels, eight paint choices, and in some cases a wide selection of knick-knacks, so you can call the car your very own. Chrome plated plastic mirrors or vinyl stripes, just check the box. That story fits 99% of the cars found on the road. And then, there's Rolls-Royce.
Mix Master
The Culver City Car Show on May 9, 2015 had everything from George Barris to military transports, more customs and hot rods than you can shake a stick at, and everything in between! Sure, there's low-riders and movie cars too. Not only will you find the old guard, but you'll find the next generation of talent, like Keith Dean, son of legendary customizer Dick Dean. One look at cars like the '53 Cadillac from South End Kustom and you know the future looks bright!
Supersonic
Besides all of the fantastic instruments, musicians and performances make the NAMM Show experience second to none. On one hand you have bands like the George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, and on the other there's the jazzy feel of the Levin Brothers. Attendees get the up close and personal experience of a couple talented musicians at a small, exhibitor's show booth and the big time stage performances, along with everything in between. Our gallery captures some of the best moments in time and sound, plus we get inside the heads of few musicians! This is NAMM!
