Did the display at the Automobility LA / LA Auto Show 2025 live up to expectation set by years past, or was this a dud? The real answer is, it depends. Less OEMs showed up, especially the luxury brands. Fewer world or North American debuts were on the menu in Los Angeles.

LAAS 2025 still showcased enough product and various display to keep it interesting. Honestly, in this town, you can see fantastic and rare cars roaming the streets each and every day (aside from when it rains). Nevertheless, seeing Maserati’s supercar in person is on par with catching a unicorn.
The form of the Italian is well worth admiring. However, the name is more than a bit confusing. This supermodel is dubbed the Cielo McPura. As this looks like a few other exotics, it’s easy to confuse the name with another brand well-known for its sportscars.
Graceful Forms are just Begging to be Caressed
The door-less look on a couple of the Stellantis products is another head-scratcher. On the other hand, the delicious Alfa Romeo cars in tasty red paint had many salivating (or maybe it was due to the nearby In-N-Out or the Marathon burgers). Those graceful forms are just begging to be caressed.
Throughout all the halls, there was certainly plenty to keep any enthusiast occupied. And as most of the cars were illuminated to enhance the curves and lines, the auto show in the LA Convention Center did put design on a pedestal, figuratively if not literally.
